A copy of your website is backed up off-site so if anything were to happen to your site or server, you have a current version of your website on file. Plus, if you host with us we take daily on-site backups as well.
Monthly Reports Sent Directly to You
Each month, we will send you a report with info on the backups, updates, basic analytics, and scans so you are up to date with your website.

Common Questions
We already host our website elsewhere, why host our site with you?
First and foremost, you don’t need to host your website with us to be on our care plan. However it is recommended since we host with Siteground, a top hosting provider of WordPress websites, who are recommended by WooCommerce (the top WordPress ecommerce plugin) and WordPress.org themselves. We’ve consistently seen an increase in website speed just by moving to our hosting. In addition, we have full control in case anything urgent comes up and access to instant support if needed.
How long do I need to sign on for?
There is no commitment! You can stay on for one month or for the rest of eternity – we bill you each month. We always recommend sticking with the plan as long as your website is live so you have us in your pocket for changes and updates.
Why update WordPress so often?
As great as WordPress is, it’s often a pain for normal user to maintain. The reason is that for the WordPress environment to work it has its core code, themes, and plugins that all work to make your website what it is. Code updates are often pushed out to the core, theme, and plugins when the developers fix a bug, add a feature, or find a security loophole. If you’re not constantly updating your site, you’re leaving it vulnerable to hackings and performance issues.
What if my website isn’t a WordPress Website?
Our care plan is built for WordPress websites as the maintenance we provide is needed for WordPress-specific websites only.
Are there any limits to your website hosting?
Your website can take up as much space as you’d like, up to 5GB of storage. So as long as you don’t surpass 5GB total you’ll be ok. In fact, most normal websites are under 5GB so this won’t be an issue for most websites. If you go beyond 5GB, then we’ll charge $10 for an additional 10GB of space and for each 10GB thereafter; we’ll give you a heads up first though!
Are edits to my website included?
Website edits are not included with this plan, however, if you are a member of this Essentials plan you will receive 20% off of all website edits and even re-design projects. Normally $125/hour, your exclusive price will be $100/hour.
We are also happy to upgrade you to our Design Pro plan which included the same great benefits as our Essential plan with (2) hours of website edit time included each month for $199/month.
